This ticket gives you a one day access for a one to one training session with one of our instructors for the outdoor activity of your choice. Once you have purchased the ticket and instructor will get in touch with you to arrange a training session at an agreed date and time*.

Please note:

*Some activities may have to be rearranged if the instructor deems it necessary due to adverse weather, or in any circumstance where the health and safety of the trainee or instructor may be deemed at risk.

You will need to inform us at least 7 days in advance if you wish to change the date of a previously agreed session, or wish to cancel a session and request a refund.
